Responsibilities
As Customer Care and Operations Specialist, you will be key to ensuring a world-class customer experience: You will be responsible for handling all customer communication and logistics throughout our customer's become journey with a detail-oriented and effective approach, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care.
At become, no two days are the same.
What you will do at become
- Handle all inbound outreach from customers (calls, emails, live chats) regarding product questions, orders, other shipping related concerns
- Facilitate and coordinate between the treating dentist and the patient
- Support logistics operations of become by coordinating shipments to customers, handling manufacturer orders and managing suppliers to deliver on time
- Work with our tech team to improve and automate our customer care and logistics processes
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English and are comfortable with contacting customers over the phone and other channels
- Willingness to go above and beyond to rectify issues (problem-solver attitude)
- Enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
- Have a positive attitude, approachable and believe in team spirit
- Are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Possess basic computer skills and able to adapt to start-up environment
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details and able to work independently
